Thanks™ was founded in 2014 in the panhandle of Florida by Muhammad Al-Ansari and Dallas Patterson after the two were inspired by brands like Supreme, Stüssy, and Diamond Supply. Working in a retail background the two were always surrounded by skateboarding and streetwear. Thanks™ was never going to go public, the creators just wanted to make clothes for them and their friends, it wasn’t until the Covid-19 pandemic that they decided to trademark the word after teaming up with their graphic designer and childhood friend Gordon Skinner.

“there’s so much in life to be thankful for, so why not put it on a t-shirt”
